Terms & Conditions

• Referral leads must close within 4 months of submission to qualify.
• Referrals must be for new prospects only—existing PureVida customers do not qualify.
• Only commercial leads are accepted. Residential referrals are not eligible.
• If a PureVida Sales Rep has already held an Assessment Meeting with the referred account within the past 4 months, PureVida will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and notify you of the outcome promptly.
• You may not refer an organization you are currently employed by, and no employee of the referred company may benefit financially from the referral.
• Participation must not violate any third-party lead guidelines set by your own employer.
• Any fraudulent or falsified referral will result in immediate disqualification and all terms become null and void.
• A referral is considered closed once a contract is signed and equipment is fully installed. Payment is issued at the end of the following month to confirm at least one customer payment has been received.
• All referral payments are made via Zelle.
• PureVida reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.
