This washed A/X grade coffee originates from several small plantations on the Kuta Ridge in Papua New Guinea’s Waghi Valley, Western Highlands. Cultivated at an altitude of around 1,585 meters, the coffee is processed at the Kuta Coffee Mill. This mill operates in collaboration with the Ulga and Kolga tribes, who have set aside their traditional rivalry for this endeavor. To encourage quality, Kuta Mill offers bonuses to farmers who consistently deliver high-quality cherries.
